Strengthening the capacities of Libyan ministries of Economy and Finance

EU4PSL strengthens the capacities of Libyan ministries of Economy and Finance; it targets specialized staff within ministries in order to ease the progressive transition of Libyan informal

and semi-licit business towards formal. It also supports the development of small and medium-sized businesses.

EU4PSL plans a series of targeted activities:
› A preliminary needs analysis of public economic stakeholders and business support organizations such as Chambers of Commerce and Business Unions
› A roadmap setting a series of activities to be implemented.
› They will include technical assistance, training, workshops and seminars involving Libyan officials.
