Setting up a Trade Help Desk to facilitate foreign trade

EU4PSL plans to improve the Trade Help Desk that already existed in order to improve its ability to encourage foreign exchange.

This activity includes:

• Analyse the existing capacities, infrastructures and procedures in place for facilitating trade related activities;
• Design and develop a core organisational and process model for a Trade Help desk and define the geographical coverage and identify suitable institutions that could host such a focal point;
• Identify individuals within suitable institutions and provide capacity building based on EU best practices and taking into account the interface with the Euromed Trade Help Desk.
